Prices

The stated prices include 25% value added tax (VAT). We are not responsible for inaccuracies due to typos, changes in price and sold-out items.

Shipping

All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Deliveries within Denmark are handled by Post Danmark. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days.

International deliveries are handled by IRS International Mailing House. Normal delivery time outside Denmark is 7-10 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Denmark is 25 DKK for 1 book, and 50 DKK total for 2 books. By purchase of more than 2 books the shipping cost is free.

Postage on orders shipped to the Faroe Islands and Greenland will be calculated based on Post Danmark's current rates. However, the publishing house will cover half the shipping costs. Thus, 50% has already been deducted from the shipping charge that appears on your invoice.

NB! On deliveries outside the European Union, national custom authorities may charge additional customs/tax and VAT. Arkitektens Forlag is not responsible for any additional customs, VAT or fees charged by the national custom authorities.

Payment

Online payments to Arkitektens Forlag are handled by DIBS Payment Services. The card information entered by the buyer is verified by PBS. The card information entered online is encrypted and cannot be accessed by outsiders. The information cannot be shared with third-parties and is only used in connection with a specific transaction.

We accept the following cards: Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB.

Claims and refunds

There is a two-year claims deadline for requesting refunds on purchases from Arkitektens Forlag. If an item is damaged or defective when delivered, the item can be returned at no additional cost to the buyer.

Please contact Arkitektens Forlag if you wish to claim a refund; e-mail: shop@arkfo.dk, tel. +45 32 83 69 64. We will then arrange to have the item replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. When making claims, please provide invoice number or other information to identify the specific purchase agreement.

Claims will not be honoured if any damage to or defects in the item arose due to inappropriate use or treatment of the item.

Right of cancellation

Private customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This right to cancellation requires that the book be returned in the same condition as it was received. If you have used the book, you cannot invoke your right to cancel the purchase if the use has diminished the sales value of the book in question.

When returning an item, you must provide information about the invoice number, a copy of the invoice or some other way of identifying the original purchase agreement. The item must be returned to the following address:

If the item is returned in the same condition as it was received, the balance owed to you will be paid to your account as soon as possible and within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refunded, and you will also have to carry the cost of return shipping. Any disputes about shopping at www.arkfo.dk and our terms of sale and shipping are to be determined in accordance with Danish law.

Business customers have no right of cancellation, unless such right is specifically stated in writing.

Liability of Arkitektens Forlag

You must agree to these terms of sale and shipping. Force majeure, including but not limited to work stoppages, strikes and failure of our suppliers to deliver, will void the liabilities of Arkitektens Forlag. Similarly, Arkitektens Forlag is not liable for any delays by Post Danmark or IRS. Arkitektens Forlag cannot be held responsible for any consequences of using www.arkfo.dk. We also cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions on www.arkfo.dk. Arkitektens Forlag does not accept liabilities beyond what is specifically required under Danish law.
